An event that was organized down to the last detail
At the end of January, we were guests with De Cocktailfiets at one of the most impeccably organized corporate events of the year: Verisure Belgium’s grand celebration for over 500 guests at Brussels Gate in Brussels. Every detail was perfect, both on screen and behind the scenes. And that’s exactly the kind of setting where we really shine.
The schedule was tight, the teamwork was seamless, and the audience was ready to go. The perfect foundation for a cocktail experience that guests will remember.
The cargo bike as the theme of the event
For this event, our cargo bike was specially branded in Verisure Belgium’s corporate style. It wasn’t just a standard mobile bar, but a visual statement that perfectly matched the atmosphere and theme of the event. This way, the cocktail bike becomes not just a drink station, but an experience in itself.
Together, we put together a menu featuring 4 different mocktails and 1 cocktail—a varied selection that appeals to a wide and diverse group of guests.
3 bartenders, from check-in to the last round
Three of our bartenders were in action all evening. Right from the moment they arrived, guests were greeted with cocktails and mocktails served straight from the bike. Throughout the party, they kept serving fresh drinks, always with a show, warmth, and plenty of flair.
The result was an evening where the drinking experience blended seamlessly with the rest of the program.
