What is The Cocktail Bike?

The Cocktail Bike is a mobile cocktail bar, we offer unique cocktail catering & cocktail workshops on location.

What kind of cocktails do you offer?

We work with a set menu of 8 to 10 cocktails, which is a combination of classic, unique, and signature cocktails. We love to let you taste something you’ve probably never had before. If your favorite cocktail isn’t on the list, we’re of course flexible and will happily add it.

Is The Cocktail Bike allowed to be set up in a park or public space?

Unfortunately, this is not allowed due to alcohol regulations. We prefer to be set up on private or business property.

What is the meaning of mocktail?

Mocktail comes from the word ‘mock,’ which means ‘fake.’ It is a cocktail without alcohol.

Do you offer mocktails?

In addition to our cocktails, we also offer mocktails (alcohol-free cocktails). If the request is to serve no alcohol at all, we can also operate with only mocktails.

What cocktail bars can I choose from?

We have a mobile cocktail bar as a cargo bike and a smaller mobile cocktail bar. For more information, please check under the section mobile cocktail bar.

What is the minimum order for cocktails?

Given the size of the cargo bike, we offer this package from 100 cocktails for €1,179.75 incl. VAT and 100 mocktails for €1,062.75 all-inclusive, excluding travel costs. The smaller mobile bar is available from as little as 75 cocktails for €1,028.50 and 75 mocktails for €926.50 including VAT, all-inclusive, excluding travel costs.

How big is The Cocktail Bike?

The cargo bike is 310 cm long and 120 cm wide, so it depends on whether the bike fits at the location. In case of bad weather, we prefer to be covered or indoors. If the bike doesn’t fit, the smaller mobile bar is the best option.

What is the cost of a mobile cocktail bar?

We offer all-inclusive prices based on the number of cocktails; the more cocktails, the lower the price per cocktail. The smaller mobile bar is available from as little as 75 cocktails for €1,028.50 and 75 mocktails for €926.50, including VAT, all-inclusive, excluding travel costs.

Where does The Cocktail Bike go?

We are based in Rotterdam and operational throughout the Netherlands & Belgium, no city or village is too far for us.

What time do you arrive at the location?

We are always at the location at least one hour in advance, so we can set up and prepare calmly.

How long is The Cocktail Bike on location?

It depends on the number of cocktails, the number of people, and how many bartenders we deploy. On average, you can expect: 1 hour for setup, 2-3 hours for shaking cocktails, and 1 hour for teardown. We can always stay longer if more cocktails are ordered or based on hours.
