Let’s shake it up!
On Saturday, June 6, KWS Infra celebrated its 125th anniversary at the company’s family festival grounds. The Cocktailfiets provided cocktail and mocktail catering for no fewer than 2,500 guests—one of the largest events we’ve ever organized!
The Challenge
For this anniversary, we set up a mobile bar area featuring two cocktail bars, staffed by a team of four bartenders. We created an extensive menu especially for the event, featuring unique cocktail and mocktail creations that perfectly complemented the festive atmosphere of this milestone.
Our bars were part of the Summer Terrace, created especially for this anniversary. With their feet in the sand and a cocktail in hand, visitors enjoyed summer vibes, laid-back music, and relaxing in a casual setting, with the cocktail bars serving as the beating heart of the terrace.
Our bartenders were shaking and stirring drinks all day long, while guests enjoyed flavorful creations amid all the festivities. With two bars spread across the grounds, we were able to serve all 2,500 guests a drink quickly and with flair.
