How does it work?

We start briefly and concisely with the basics. You will learn about flavor balance, glassware, ice, and the most important tools. Then you will immediately get to work with three signature cocktails or mocktails. The recipes are clear and step-by-step, so everyone can participate.

Our bartenders stand next to you at the bar. They give tips on shaking, stirring, and using fresh ingredients. We pay attention to pace, atmosphere, and good music. The group keeps moving, and everyone gets personal attention.

You taste, adjust, and learn how to balance flavors. Do you like fresh and sour, or sweet and spicy? We’ll show you how to make a drink to suit your taste. That way, you’ll learn more than just a trick.

At the end of the Utrecht Cocktail Workshop, you will have created three of your own cocktails. You will know the basics of making a good cocktail and which mistakes to avoid. The result: drinks you can be proud of and stories you will laugh about for a long time to come.

Where in Utrecht?

Anywhere in and around Utrecht. We can come to your office, your living room, a canal house, a rooftop terrace, a student association, or an event location just outside the city. Our setup is mobile and stylish and adapts to your setting.

We don’t need much. A power outlet, some space for our bar, and access to water is often enough. We bring the rest. Think professional shakers, fresh juices, beautiful glassware, and decorations for the cocktails.
